Before going into production, each batch of raw materials — including steel, iron, rubber, nylon, and delrin — is subjected to chemical composition and grade verification. Tool production is only permitted using certified materials that satisfy our established requirements.
Vernier calipers and micrometers are among the precision instruments used to measure each completed tool against its authorised SolidWorks drawing. Strict dimensional tolerances are imposed at every stage to guarantee precise fit and functionality on the vehicle component.
After a regulated heat treatment process, Rockwell/Brinell hardness testing is performed on all metal tools. This guarantees that each tool meets the necessary hardness rating, providing our clients with the durability, strength, and resistance to wear they depend on.
Tools are checked for corrosion resistance, adhesion strength, and surface coating thickness after production. Every tool that leaves our plant is guaranteed to be shielded from rust, wear, and environmental damage for the duration of its useful life.
Every tool prototype is physically tested on the real automotive component it is intended for before receiving final approval. This practical fitment test verifies that the tool fulfils its intended purpose precisely, safely, and without causing any harm to the vehicle part.
Complete quality documentation — including raw material certificates, hardness test reports, surface coating reports, and dimensional inspection records — supports every tool that leaves our factory. Full traceability is maintained at every level for complete accountability.
